Pricing

Scoped to your company — not a rate card

Every engagement Deep takes on is priced from the company in front of him: its stage, its leadership team, and what needs to change. Share your requirement below and you'll get a specific quote — not a brochure.

Deepinder Bedi does not publish a rate card. Coaching engagements, strategic offsites, the cohort and facilitation retreats are each scoped individually — driven by the type of engagement, the size of the leadership team, and the cadence and duration of the work. Companies share their requirement, and Deep’s team responds with a specific quote within two working days.

How pricing works

Three things shape the investment

No hidden mathematics — these are the drivers, so you know what the scoping call will actually be about.

The engagement itself

A coaching retainer, a strategic offsite, the cohort and a facilitation retreat are different commitments with different scopes — the largest driver of the investment.

Your leadership team

How many leaders are in the room, across how many businesses or functions, shapes preparation, assessment depth and time together.

Cadence and duration

A one-day working session, a quarterly rhythm across a year, or a multi-year partnership — the arc of the engagement sets its shape.

Your quote

Two steps to a specific number

Your details first, your requirement second. If you stop after step one, that's fine — the team will simply call and take the requirement over the phone.

About pricing

Why is there no rate card?
Because each client is different. A single-founder company early in its scale-up and a family business with two generations in the room need different engagements — pricing them off one card would mean overcharging one or underserving the other. Every engagement is scoped after understanding the company.
What happens after I share my requirement?
Deep's team calls you within two working days to understand the requirement properly — stage, team, what should change — and gives you a specific quote for the engagement that actually fits.
Do I have to fill the requirement step to hear back?
No. Once you've shared your contact details, the team can call you to understand the requirement over the phone instead — whichever you find easier.
How do engagements usually start?
Almost always with a Scaling Up assessment of the leadership team — it grounds the engagement (and the quote) in where the company actually is, not where a brochure assumes it is.
Is the first conversation chargeable?
No. The scoping call — and a 30-minute discovery conversation if you'd rather start there — costs nothing and carries no obligation.
