Terms of Service

By accessing or using Deep Bedi’s coaching services, programs, workshops, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

Deep Bedi provides business coaching, consulting, and training services based on the Scaling Up methodology. Services include but are not limited to:

• 1-on-1 executive coaching
• Group coaching programs and cohorts
• Strategic planning workshops
• Forum facilitation
• Keynote speaking
• Business consulting services

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

• Full payment is required before services commence
• Payments are non-refundable once services have begun
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Clients agree to:

• Actively participate in coaching sessions and programs
• Complete assigned work and exercises
• Provide accurate information about their business
• Attend scheduled sessions on time
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary coaching materials

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during coaching engagements. This includes proprietary business data, strategic plans, and personal information.

All coaching materials, frameworks, and content remain the intellectual property of Deep Bedi and/or Scaling Up. Clients receive a license to use these materials for their internal business purposes only.

While we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services, specific business results cannot be guaranteed. Success depends on many factors including client implementation, market conditions, and external circumstances beyond our control.

Deep Bedi’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Early termination does not entitle clients to refunds for services already delivered.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Delhi, India.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
