The Scaling Up 4 Decisions Assessment is the official free self-diagnostic of the Scaling Up methodology, which more than 100,000 companies worldwide have used: 32 statements across People, Strategy, Execution and Cash, rated weak to strong. It takes about four minutes, needs no email to start, and ends with an honest readiness read on screen plus a pillar-by-pillar PDF report by email — so you know which decision to work on first.

The assessment

Where does your business actually stand?

Answer as the business is today, not as you'd like it to be — the read is only as honest as the answers.

Before you ask

How the assessment works

How long does the assessment take?
About four minutes. 32 statements rated 0–5 from weak to strong, one at a time — 8 each on People, Strategy, Execution and Cash.
Do I need to give my email address?
Not to take it — all 32 statements come first, no sign-up. Just before your score, we ask your name, company and email: your result shows on screen and the pillar-by-pillar PDF report goes to that address. Your details stay with Deep's team — no lists, no drip campaigns.
How is it scored?
Each answer carries a simple weight. Your overall percentage maps to one of four readiness tiers, and each pillar gets its own read — so you can see which of the four decisions needs attention first. No dramatics: the read is only as honest as your answers.
What happens after the assessment?
That's up to you. If the read raises questions, the next step is a conversation with Deep about what it means for your business — the booking link is on the results screen. No obligation either way.
